- Do you offer product returns?
Yes. We strive to produce items of the highest quality. We stand behind our Products, Excellent Customer Service, and Humanitarian efforts. Therefore, if you receive a product different to the one you ordered, please feel free to contact our customer service department, and we will have a replacement sent out. Due to the uniqueness of our items, we are unable to accept returns on customized and sale items. If for any reason you need a different size, no problem! Just send an email to returns@aneworigin.com and request a return authorization number. We'll send you information on exchanging your tees. Wallets and sunglasses are unable to be returned.
- How "Organic" are your T-Shirts?
100%. 100% of the cotton used is 100% organic cotton. It is really that simple.
dt>Where are your shirts made? Where are they printed?
All of our items are marked with country of origin. All of our shirts and wallets are made in the United States of America. All of our finishing takes place in Portland, Oregon.
- Are your inks environmentally friendly too?
Yes! All of our 100% Organic Cotton products are printed with Water and Pigment- Based inks. Although we try to have a paperless operation, when we do print paper items (such as invoices, packing-slips, address labels), we always use environmentally friendly inks.
